Cancelation Policy
Camps and Clinics
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our participants to the best of our ability. Please find our cancellation policy outlined below:
Full Refund:
If you let us know of your inability to attend a camp or clinic more than one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled event date, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment.
Partial Refund:
If you let us know of your inability to attend a camp or clinic less than one week (7 days) before the scheduled event date, you are eligible for a partial refund amounting to 75% of your total payment. This is due to the fact that other athletes could have missed out on the opportunity to secure a spot.
No Refund:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date.
Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel your registration and initiate the refund process, please contact us via email or phone at least 24 hours before the event. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date of cancellation.

Academies
Refund Policy – Volleyball Academies

Refunds for Ethos Athletics Academy programs are determined based on the athlete’s level of participation in the program.
​
If an athlete withdraws, any potential refund will be calculated proportionally based on the remaining sessions at the time of withdrawal, minus any applicable processing or administrative fees.
​
As the program progresses, refund eligibility decreases. No refunds will be issued once a majority of the program has been completed.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Missed sessions do not qualify for refunds or credits. Registrations are non-transferable.
