Cancelation Policy

Camps and Clinics

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our participants to the best of our ability. Please find our cancellation policy outlined below:

Full Refund:

If you let us know of your inability to attend a camp or clinic more than one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled event date, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment.

Partial Refund:

If you let us know of your inability to attend a camp or clinic less than one week (7 days) before the scheduled event date, you are eligible for a partial refund amounting to 75% of your total payment. This is due to the fact that other athletes could have missed out on the opportunity to secure a spot.

No Refund:

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date.

Cancellation Procedure:

To cancel your registration and initiate the refund process, please contact us via email or phone at least 24 hours before the event. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date of cancellation.

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to manage our resources effectively and provide the best service to all our campers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the cancellation policy, feel free to reach out to us.

Academies

Refund Policy – Volleyball Academies

At Ethos Athletics, we understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to families while allowing us to operate high-quality programs with limited spots, facility bookings, and coaching commitments.

Refund Eligibility (Based on Participation)

Refunds are determined by the length of participation in the academy:

Up to 1 Month of Participation
Eligible for a 50% refund of the total program fee (minus applicable processing fees).
More Than 1 Month and Up to 2 Months of Participation
Eligible for a 10% refund of the total program fee (minus applicable processing fees).
More Than 2 Months of Participation
No refunds will be issued.

Participation is defined as attending sessions during the applicable month(s), regardless of attendance frequency.

Additional Terms

All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days if approved.
Processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.
No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions.
Registrations are non-transferable to another athlete.

Program Cancellation

If Ethos Athletics cancels a program due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive either:

A full refund, or
A full credit toward a future program.

Medical Considerations

In cases of serious injury or medical conditions preventing continued participation, partial refunds or credits may be considered with appropriate documentation, at the discretion of Ethos Athletics.

By registering for an Ethos Athletics Volleyball Academy program, participants and parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
