15U Summer Academy
A performance-driven training environment for developing athletes focused on refining technical skills, increasing training intensity, and building consistent habits while deepening their understanding of the game.

Ages: 14–15
Cost: $959 + Tax
Time: June 1st - July 31st

The 15U Academy is built for athletes transitioning from basic development to intentional, performance-driven training.

Season Phases & Training Times

Phase 1: June 1 – June 19

Practices and workouts take place afterschool

All sessions are 1.15 hour in length

Phase 2: June 22 – July 31

Practices and workouts move to the morning / early afternoon

Session length increases to 1.5 hours
🚫 No sessions on July 1st and July 2nd

Practice Curriculum:
​
**Mental performance workshops and video analysis sessions will be held before or after scheduled practices or workouts at the same training location. Each session will run for approximately one hour. Exact scheduling details will be communicated in advance.**

Application Information

The Ethos Volleyball Academy operates on a limited-capacity, application-based model. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance.
​
All applications will be reviewed, and athletes will be notified of final decisions on May 20th. If an Identification (ID) Session is required, applicants will be contacted prior to that date with further details.
