17U Summer Academy
A high-performance training environment for athletes focused on executing skills at game speed, training with increased intensity, and developing the physical, mental, and tactical habits required for higher levels of competition.

The 17U Academy is a high-performance training environment designed for experienced athletes preparing for competitive school, club, and post-secondary pathways.

Season Phases & Training Times

Phase 1: June 1 – June 19

Practices and workouts take place after school

All sessions are 1.15 hour in length
​
Phase 2: June 22 – July 31

Practices and workouts move to the morning / early afternoon

Session length increases to 1.5 hours

Practice Curriculum:
**Mental performance workshops and video analysis sessions will be held before or after scheduled practices or workouts at the same training location. Each session will run for approximately one hour. Exact scheduling details will be communicated in advance.**​​​​

Application Information

The Ethos Volleyball Academy operates on a limited-capacity, application-based model. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance.
​
All applications will be reviewed, and athletes will be notified of final decisions on May 20th. If an Identification (ID) Session is required, applicants will be contacted prior to that date with further details.
