12U Holiday Skills Camp – COED Join Ethos Athletics this holiday season for our 12U Holiday Skills Camp in Fredericton, NB! This two-day developmental camp is designed to introduce young volleyball athletes to the fundamentals of the game while helping them build confidence, develop essential skills, and grow their love for volleyball. Throughout 6 hours of fun, engaging, and structured training, athletes will learn and practice the foundational skills of volleyball through age-appropriate drills, skill-building activities, and modified gameplay. Our goal is to create a positive learning environment where athletes can develop proper techniques, gain confidence with the ball, and build a strong foundation for their future volleyball development. Camp Details - Dates: December 19–20, 2026 - Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Both Days) - Location: NMS Field House – Fredericton, NB - Age Group: 12U COED (Ages 11 and 12) - Skill Level: All Levels - Total Training: 6 Hours - Head Coach: Connor McConnell Camp Outline Day 1 – Saturday, December 19 Ball Control • Defence • Attacking Athletes will be introduced to the fundamentals of ball control, defensive positioning, and attacking techniques. Through progressive drills and engaging activities, athletes will develop coordination, movement, and confidence with the ball. Day 2 – Sunday, December 20 Setting • Serve Receive • Serving Athletes will focus on learning proper setting techniques, developing consistent passing skills, and building confidence with their serves. The camp will conclude with modified gameplay, allowing athletes to put together the skills they've learned throughout the weekend. Optional Ethos Athletics T-Shirt – $25 Athletes who would like an Ethos Athletics T-shirt can purchase one for $25 cash, payable at the camp. **The deadline to order a T-shirt is November 13th.** The Ethos Training Experience At Ethos Athletics, we believe that building a strong foundation at a young age is essential for long-term athletic development. Our 12U camp emphasizes learning proper techniques, maximizing repetitions, building confidence, and creating a positive experience with volleyball. Whether your athlete is new to volleyball or already has some playing experience, this camp provides a great opportunity to learn, improve, make new friends, and develop a love for the game.
Waiver
Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations can be made online at any time through the Manage Booking link in your booking confirmation email or through the My Bookings section of our website. - 10 days or more before the event: Cancellations are eligible for a refund of the registration fee, minus a 2.9% + $0.30 payment processing fee incurred at the time of registration. Once your booking has been cancelled online, we will process your refund to the original payment method. - Less than 10 days before the event: Cancellations are non-refundable. You may still cancel your booking online to notify us that you will not be attending. If you experience any difficulties cancelling your booking, please contact us at contact@ethosathletics.ca. General Liability and Media Release: By Completing the Purchase - I hereby give my approval for my child's participation in all activities prepared by this organization, during the selected camp, sessions and academy. In exchange for the acceptance of said child's candidacy by this organization, I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless this organization, as well as all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from all liability for injuries to the said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from camp and camp activities. In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against the organization, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. I give permission for my child to be photographed or recorded during the volleyball academy by Ethos Athletics. I understand these photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, the organization’s website, social media accounts, printed materials, or digital marketing. I understand that no personal identifying information (name, age, etc.) will be shared without additional consent.
