Service Description
12U (COED) Developmental Volleyball Camp Date: July 4th - 5th Time: 9:00am - 12:00pm Location: NMS Field House Our 12U Developmental Camp is a 2-day program designed specifically for young athletes entering the sport or still developing their foundational skills. This camp focuses on teaching correct technique while creating a positive experience that builds confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game. This camp includes a total of 6 hours of volleyball training over two days. The camp will take place at the NMS Field House from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM each day, with a 15-minute break in the middle of each session. - Make sure to bring a SNACK and WATER BOTTLE!! Athletes will work and focus on: • Proper passing (platform and body positioning) • Setting Technique • Serving technique and consistency • Attacking footwork and arm swing basics • Defensive positioning and movement Camp structure • Two days of training with balanced learning technical block and game play block. • Led by Ethos Athletics staff, including former professional players and current U-Sport volleyball athletes. Extras • Every athlete will receive an official camp T-shirt Who this camp is for • Boys and girls ages 11–12 • Beginners to advanced players • No competitive experience required This camp helps athletes: • Build strong fundamentals • Gain confidence • Stay active during March Break • Learn in a positive, professional environment

Refund Policy: Full Refund: If you let us know of your inability to attend a camp or clinic more than one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled event date, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment. Partial Refund: If you let us know of your inability to attend a camp or clinic less than one week (7 days) before the scheduled event date, you are eligible for a partial refund amounting to 75% of your total payment. This is due to the fact that other athletes could have missed out on the opportunity to secure a spot. No Refund: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your registration and initiate the refund process, please contact us via email or phone at least 24 hours before the event. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date of cancellation. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to manage our resources effectively and provide the best service to all our campers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the cancellation policy, feel free to reach out to us. General Liability and Media Release: By Completing the Purchase - I hereby give my approval for my child's participation in all activities prepared by this organization, during the selected camp, sessions and academy. In exchange for the acceptance of said child's candidacy by this organization, I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless this organization,as well as all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from all liability for injuries to the said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from camp and camp activities. In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against the organization, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. I give permission for my child to be photographed or recorded during the volleyball academy by Ethos Athletics. I understand these photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, the organization’s website, social media accounts, printed materials, or digital marketing. I understand that no personal identifying information (name, age, etc.) will be shared without additional consent.
