Service Description
13U/14U Holiday Volleyball Skills Camp (COED) โ December 20th, 2025 ๐ รcole Sainte-Anne (ESA) ๐ 2:30pm โ 5:00pm Get ready for a high-energy, high-value training session designed specifically for 13U and 14U athletes looking to elevate their game before the new year. This 2.5-hour camp is built to sharpen two major areas of development: Part 1: Attacking & Defense Athletes will work through focused drills that improve footwork, timing, arm swing mechanics, transition movement, and defensive positioning/ mechanics. The goal is to build confidence in both offensive execution and back-court consistency. Part 2: Serve & Serve Receive The second half of the camp zeroes in on serving mechanics, consistency and accuracy โ followed by high-rep serve-receive training to improve platform angles, movement patterns, and first-contact quality. Weโre excited to welcome guest coaches, bringing next-level insight and experience to the session. Every athlete will be entered into a draw to win prizes! This camp is perfect for players looking to build strong fundamentals, sharpen key skills, and gain momentum heading into 2026.
Waiver
Refund Policy: Full Refund: If you let us know of your inability to attend a camp or clinic more than one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled event date, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment. Partial Refund: If you let us know of your inability to attend a camp or clinic less than one week (7 days) before the scheduled event date, you are eligible for a partial refund amounting to 75% of your total payment. This is due to the fact that other athletes could have missed out on the opportunity to secure a spot. No Refund: Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event date. Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your registration and initiate the refund process, please contact us via email or phone at least 24 hours before the event. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date of cancellation. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, as it allows us to manage our resources effectively and provide the best service to all our campers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the cancellation policy, feel free to reach out to us. General Liability and Media Release: By Completing the Purchase - I hereby give my approval for my child's participation in all activities prepared by this organization, during the selected camp, sessions and academy. In exchange for the acceptance of said child's candidacy by this organization, I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless this organization,as well as all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from all liability for injuries to the said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from camp and camp activities. In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against the organization, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. I give permission for my child to be photographed or recorded during the volleyball academy by Ethos Athletics. I understand these photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, the organizationโs website, social media accounts, printed materials, or digital marketing. I understand that no personal identifying information (name, age, etc.) will be shared without additional consent.
