16U Attacking Clinic – COED Join Ethos Athletics for our 16U Attacking Clinic in Fredericton, NB! This 90-minute clinic is designed to help athletes improve their attacking technique, develop better offensive awareness, and become more confident, versatile, and effective attackers. Throughout the session, athletes will work on the technical and tactical aspects of attacking, learning how to create different attacking options, adjust to various sets, and make smarter decisions to become more effective offensive players. Clinic Details - Date: Monday, December 21, 2026 - Time: 10:45 AM – 12:15 PM - Location: NMS Field House – Fredericton, NB - Age Group: 16U COED (Ages 15-16) - Duration: 90 Minutes - Head Coach: Connor McConnell Training Focus Attacking Technique & Mechanics Develop proper attacking mechanics, including approach footwork, arm swing technique, timing, and body positioning to improve consistency, control, and power. Shot Shaping & Placement Learn how to shape different attacking shots, manipulate the ball's direction, and effectively target different areas of the court to become a more versatile attacker. Approach Angles & Decision Making Understand how to adjust approach angles, timing, and attacking decisions based on different set locations and situations. Learn how to recognize available attacking options and make effective decisions. Transition Footwork & Attacking Efficiency Develop proper transition movements and footwork to create better attacking opportunities. Learn how to move efficiently from defensive or blocking positions into a strong attacking approach. The Ethos Training Experience At Ethos Athletics, we focus on developing athletes through detailed technical instruction, purposeful repetitions, and game-like training situations. Our goal is to help athletes become more confident, technically sound, and intelligent attackers who can adapt to different situations and consistently contribute to their team's offence. Spots are very limited to maintain a small group size, ensuring every athlete receives maximum repetitions, individualized coaching, and detailed feedback throughout the clinic. Optional Camp T-Shirt – $25 Athletes who would like an Ethos Athletics T-shirt can purchase one at the clinic for $20. T-shirts are optional and are not included in the registration fee.

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Cancellations can be made online at any time through the Manage Booking link in your booking confirmation email or through the My Bookings section of our website. - 10 days or more before the event: Cancellations are eligible for a refund of the registration fee, minus a 2.9% + $0.30 payment processing fee incurred at the time of registration. Once your booking has been cancelled online, we will process your refund to the original payment method. - Less than 10 days before the event: Cancellations are non-refundable. You may still cancel your booking online to notify us that you will not be attending. If you experience any difficulties cancelling your booking, please contact us at contact@ethosathletics.ca. General Liability and Media Release: By Completing the Purchase - I hereby give my approval for my child's participation in all activities prepared by this organization, during the selected camp, sessions and academy. In exchange for the acceptance of said child's candidacy by this organization, I assume all risks and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless this organization, as well as all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from all liability for injuries to the said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from camp and camp activities. In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against the organization, including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. I give permission for my child to be photographed or recorded during the volleyball academy by Ethos Athletics. I understand these photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, the organization’s website, social media accounts, printed materials, or digital marketing. I understand that no personal identifying information (name, age, etc.) will be shared without additional consent.
