Date: August 16th, 17th *Current and former Professional and University/College Volleyball Athletes are not allowed to participate in the recreational division* Please view rules and regulations. By completing the purchase the participants agree to the following: In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Ethos Athletics Grass Volleyball Tournament, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that: Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk: 1. I understand that participation in outdoor volleyball tournaments includes physical activity and involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, injuries from contact with other players, contact with the ground or net system, weather-related conditions, dehydration, and uneven playing surfaces. I voluntarily assume all such risks. 2. Release and Waiver: I, for myself, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Ethos Athletics, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by my participation in this event. 3. Medical Consent: I authorize event staff to secure any licensed hospital, physician, and/or medical personnel for treatment in the event of an injury or medical emergency during my participation. I accept responsibility for any medical costs that may be incurred. 4. Photo/Video Release: I grant Ethos Athletics the right to use any photographs or video recordings taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes, without compensation. 5. Compliance with Rules: I agree to abide by all tournament rules, regulations, and codes of conduct, and I understand that failure to do so may result in disqualification or removal from the event without refund. 6. Weather & Cancellation Policy: I understand that this is an outdoor event and acknowledge the risk of cancellation or delay due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued once a team is registered unless the event is canceled by Ethos Athletics.
